Rock Solid Precast Rock Solid Precast LP, is a precast company specializing in the underground storm and wastewater industry. Rock Solid Precast was founded in 2015.

Owned and operated by Bryan Saunders, who brings over 30 years of experience in the concrete and precast industry to the company. Rock Solid Precast was created under the vision of keeping customer service at its core while producing precast products at the highest level of quality in a cost-effective, efficient, and safe manner. Since its inception, Rock Solid has continually been able to expand its capabilities and product lines to include over 100 standard products, as well as numerous custom-designed products to meet our customer needs. Rock Solid Precast prides itself on working hand-in-hand with its customers to ensure satisfaction is met at every step of the process. Rock Solid Precast, is a proud NPCA member, who consults with various P.E’s to ensure our designs meet all product technical requirements to the highest of standards. As a privately owned company, Janine Saunders is actively involved alongside Bryan in planning Rock Solid Precast’s corporate social events to ensure the employees, customers, and vendors are taken care of and treated like their own.

Another custom project out the door!

We recently built these 360” x 48” air bridge blocks for one of our customers. Air bridge blocks are used to support utilities and other infrastructure while allowing space underneath for access, drainage, or other site needs.

These were built specifically to the project’s requirements, giving our customer a durable precast solution that was ready to go in the field.

We enjoy the challenge of building custom pieces that help our customers get the job done.

“Over the past 11 years, I’ve watched this company grow from an idea into something far beyond what I could have imagined. From doing everything by hand, to new growth and advancements, I’m grateful to have been here for it all.

Despite all the changes we have made, one thing has stayed the same: our commitment to our people, our customers, and doing things the right way. I’m thankful for the team that has helped make this journey possible, and I’m excited for what’s still ahead.”

Today we’re highlighting Tim, one of our longtime truck drivers who has been with us since Day One.

Tim has had a front-row seat to our growth, from the early days of producing around 20 pieces a week to now producing several hundred pieces a day.

We’re grateful for the dedication, hard work, and years of commitment that people like Tim have brought to our company. Our growth isn’t just measured in numbers; it’s measured in the people who have helped build it along the way.

A lot has changed in 11 years — and our Fabrication Shop is a great example. 🔧

The processes and methods we use today look very different from where we started. Over the years, we’ve found ways to work more efficiently, improve our processes, and turn projects around faster.

That evolution has allowed our Fabrication Department to grow significantly — and we’re proud of how far it has come.
