I currently have a job opening in New Albany, OH
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CLEANING CONSTRUCTION SITE TRAILERS OF VARIOUS SIZES FROM SINGLE STALL TO 10 STALL TRAILERS. THERE ARE ABOUT 20 TRAILERS ON SITE. THE ROUTE INCLUDES 2 PASSES AT THE TRAILERS ON THE JOBSITE DURING THE COURSE OF THE SHIFT. MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO CLEAN AROUND WORKERS WHO WANT TO USE THE FACILITIES BUT THERE ARE RESTROOM CLOSED SIGNS TO BE POSTED.
TASKS INCLUDE
• CLEANING THE TOLIETS, URINALS AND SINKS
• RESTOCKING TOLIET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS AND HAND SOAP
• CLEANING MIRRORS, SWEEPING AND MOPPING FLOORS IN ALL THE TRAILERS
• THE FLOORS TEND TO BE VERY DIRTY OR MUDDY
RESTROOM & CLEANING SUPPLIES ARE LOCATED ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
THE SHIFT IS 10AM TO 7PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH AN HOUR FOR LUNCH AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 7AM TO 3PM.
PAY RATE IS $18 AN HOUR, APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATON AND A CURRENT DRIVERS'LICENSE
YOU ARE PROVIDED WITH SAFETY HELMET, SAFETY VEST AND JACKET
PAY DAYS ARE TYPICALLY AROUND THE 7TH AND 21ST OF THE MONTH, BASED ON THE PAY PERIODS THAT END ON THE 15TH AND LAST DAY OF THE MONTH
WE USE AN ONLINE EMPLOYEE PORTAL SETUP AND A PHONE APP TO KEEP YOUR TIME.

We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Janitor in construction cleaning positions located in New Albany. The job site is 1500 Beech Rd. The hours are 5:00PM to 9:00PM, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate for this position lives within 5-7 miles of the area. I am looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, flexible and willing to complete routine cleaning tasks and special projects, as the need arises. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay.
The work involves typical heavy cleaning duties but on the critical side:
• Emptying trash
• Surface wiping
• High and low dusting with a cloth or duster
• Sweeping usually with a broom and dust pan sometimes with a dust mop,
• Vacuuming
• Wet mopping
• Restroom cleaning
Basic Applicant Requirements:
• lives within 5-7 miles of the area
• At least 2 years cleaning experience in the commercial janitorial industry
• drug-free (testing will be done on site at the training session)
• Working days 5PM-9PM Monday through Friday
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to show up on time every day
• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Capacity to take direction and complete tasks based on critique
• Work in a team environment to complete all required tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of standing or walking for 3 to 4 hours continually
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds as necessary
Successful candidates must pass drug screen done on the job site and attend orientation within 2 weeks of starting the job.
Pay rate is $15.00 per hour .
