Homeowner called us out because he had water seeping up through his floor cracks.

This was all caused by a sump pump failure, this allowed for his waterproofing system underneath his floor to be over capacity and accumulate so much water underneath the floor it started finding places to escape.

Don’t wait to replace your pump until it fails, the cost of replacing a pump vs the cost of fixing a flooded finished basement is not comparable. Sump pump with a battery back up is always a great option as well!

These are all common issues with a poured wall foundation! We have simple solutions that remedy these problems and allow the homeowner to finish their basement with confidence and all done in a day with a lifetime warranty attached.
