Keny Landscape and Design In March of 2010 Mason Keny opened Keny Landscape and Design in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio.

Before starting his company, Mason worked as a foreman for another Ohio landscape contractor for seven years and has maintained a close relationship with his former colleagues and clients. It has long been a passion for Mason to work with the land and help his clients bring to fruition the dream yards his clients wish for their homes. th experience, a large client base, and remains dedicated to the Ohio community. Patios, fire pits and water features are specialities of the company, however Keny Landscape and Design also performs basic lawn care and seasonal maintenance.

Just wanted to take a second to say thank you to everyone who has supported Keny Landscape over the years. It truly means a lot.

What started with a truck and a passion for landscaping has grown into something I never could’ve imagined, and I couldn’t have done it without all of our amazing clients, friends, family, and crew.

I genuinely love what I do, and it’s an awesome feeling getting to transform people’s outdoor spaces and see how excited they are when it’s all finished.

We’ve got some really exciting projects coming up, and I can’t wait to share them with you. Thanks again for following along and supporting our small business. It never goes unnoticed. 👊🌿

Every great outdoor space starts with a vision and a lot of hard work.

This project included everything from site preparation and grading to installing the patio, setting boulders, placing every plant by hand, and finishing with the final details that bring the space to life.

Throwing it back to a project we completed a few years ago.

It’s always rewarding to see a landscape mature exactly the way it was envisioned. The lavender blooms, evergreen screening, and layered planting design have all filled in beautifully over the years.

🌱 Heat is coming! Don’t forget to water.

We’ve got a stretch of hot weather ahead, and this is one of the most important times to keep an eye on your landscape—especially if you’ve planted anything this spring.

A few quick tips:
đź’§ Water early in the morning whenever possible.
đź’§ Water slowly and deeply so the moisture reaches the roots.
💧 Focus on newly planted trees, shrubs, and perennials—they need the most attention.
💧 If the soil is dry a couple inches below the surface, it’s time to water.

A few extra minutes with the hose now can make the difference between plants that thrive and plants that struggle through the summer.
