We are a fast growing, established lawn and landscaping company seeking an experienced and self-directed Outside Sales Representative to focus on commercial client acquisition and account development.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their own pipeline, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities (HOAs, property managers, office/retail, multi-family, etc.)
• Conduct site visits and develop detailed service proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ex*****on
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up

Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B or commercial sales (landscaping or service industry preferred)
• Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize, and stay organized
• Confident in prospecting, networking, and developing new business
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
