Bruskotter Fine Art Amy Bruskotter - artist Throughout my entire life I have been, in one form or another, an artist. In doing so, I found myself. It is truly from my heart to yours.

However, it wasn’t until recently that I considered what I was doing anything more than just “dabbling.” I felt that showing my work was an almost painful and shameful exhibition of my inner self—an admission of vulnerability I wasn’t ready to undertake. But through trial, error, and many years of experimenting with what I knew was already in my soul, I finally began to take this gift seriously. I

also found God working through me. In my journey to self-discovery, I also found a connection to my mother’s spirit—a woman who dedicated her life to her art, God, and her family in a way I never fully appreciated until admitting to myself that through God and my mother, this very precious gift has been passed on to me. I am exhilarated by the joy and love that came with this realization. I heard Him just recently whisper to me, "What took you so long, my dear?"
