Before and after photos of the Indian Lake remodel we just finished.

This was a total tear tear out of the entire first floor, took out bearing walls and put in beams to open up the kitchen into the living room.

Super proud of how this turned out.

HUGE shout to Sherri Pritchard Ricart for being a repeat client and trusting Ace Brothers Construction with another project.
A little water intrusion around this window. We did away with the cedar siding and replaced with smart trim and “hardy Plank” siding.
Water tight and better than new.

Remember the old dilapidated pergola we showed you earlier this week?
Here are the before and after photos.
From Demo to frame complete in 2 days! 16’ X 30!
The home owners are over the moon happy with how this turned out.
I have to say I’m pretty pleased with it myself considering at first they wanted another pergola and that was the original plan, but after I had time to think about I came up with this partial pergola/ “Lean To” covered patio idea.

We will also be installing UV protectant green house poly for the roof sheeting.
