About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Repair and Installation Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and seeing a project through from diagnosis to completion. You will work across both commercial and residential properties, performing repairs, installations, and general construction tasks and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose issues in structural, mechanical, or finish-related construction components
* Perform hands-on work, including demolition, repair, framing, Carpentry, installation, and finishing
* Ensuring safety and quality standards
* Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
* Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
Desired Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in general construction, carpentry, maintenance, or repair work
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and lead small teams
* Proficiency with common construction tools and equipment
* Experience in commercial and residential environments preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
