Growth cannot happen without the infrastructure to support it.

Behind every project moving forward across Ohio and the surrounding states is a team of people working hard to make it possible. Our PAZ Fabrication Facility in Davisville, WV plays a huge part in that work, and last week, we took time to celebrate the people behind it.

We shared a lunch and took a moment to recognize and thank this team for the hard work they put in every day.

Their work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact reaches far beyond the walls of the fabrication shop.

We’re proud of this team and incredibly grateful for everything they do to keep our projects moving forward.

On this date 25 years ago, the first plane struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center, forever changing the course of our nation’s history.

In the hours that followed, 2,977 lives would be lost. Families would be changed forever. Heroes would rise to the occasion, running toward danger to save others.

Today, we remember those who never made it home. We honor those who gave up their lives to save others, never knowing if they would make it home, and we remember the strength and unity of a nation that stood together in the face of unimaginable loss and tragedy.

September 11, 2001.

Labor Day is about the people behind the work.

The ones on the jobsite before the sun comes up. The ones welding, fitting, installing, troubleshooting, and figuring it out when the plans meet reality.

Every day, our teams at Sauer Group are building the systems behind some of the places our communities rely on most, including hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, manufacturing plants, data centers, and other mission-critical infrastructure.

You may never see the work we do once the walls go up, but you feel its impact every day.

Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize and thank the people who make it all happen.

To our field crews, project teams, and everyone who supports them, thank you for your hard work, skill, dedication, and the countless hours you put in to keep our projects moving forward. What you do matters, and we’re grateful for every member of the Sauer Group team.

Another summer in the books, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the interns who spent it with our team.

From the office to the field, they showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and contribute in meaningful ways. Their hard work made an impact, and we’re proud to have been a small part of their journey.

We wrapped up the summer with a fun evening at Topgolf, celebrating everything they accomplished and the relationships built along the way.

As some head back to campus and others continue their careers with Sauer Group, we’re excited to see where their paths lead. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your journey with us. It has been a privilege to invest in your growth, and we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the years ahead.
