Another summer in the books, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the interns who spent it with our team.

From the office to the field, they showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and contribute in meaningful ways. Their hard work made an impact, and we’re proud to have been a small part of their journey.

We wrapped up the summer with a fun evening at Topgolf, celebrating everything they accomplished and the relationships built along the way.

As some head back to campus and others continue their careers with Sauer Group, we’re excited to see where their paths lead. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your journey with us. It has been a privilege to invest in your growth, and we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the years ahead.

Setting air handling units is no small task.

It takes more than a crane to make a lift like this happen. From planning to placement, our field teams worked together to safely set multiple air handling units on the rooftop of one of our Central Ohio projects.

With another phase of one of our Central Ohio projects coming to completion, it’s time to prepare these systems for commissioning.

Flushing and filling is one of the final steps before turnover, and while the temporary piping won’t be there in the end, the quality of the work will be. From installation to flushing, every step matters.

A huge thank you to our field teams for the craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail that keep our projects moving forward.

Our story started here.

Every company has a story, and ours began in 1876.

America was rebuilding after the Civil War. Industries were growing, cities were expanding, and the infrastructure that would shape our nation was just beginning to take form. During that time, with a $50 gift from his mother, William N. Sauer started a small plumbing business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

What began as one man's vision for quality workmanship became part of an era that helped build America's future. For nearly 150 years, Sauer Group has continued to evolve alongside the communities and industries we serve, adapting to new challenges while staying true to the values that started it all.

These photos offer a glimpse into the projects and moments that have shaped our journey through generations of growth, innovation, and craftsmanship.

As we celebrate this milestone, we're honored to reflect on where we've been, grateful for those who came before us, and we are excited for what the future holds!

This week, we're facing extreme heat and heat wave conditions across Ohio, and your health and safety are our number one priority.

To our teams in the field, as temperatures rise, please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, take regular breaks to cool down, and use fans, ice, or other cooling methods whenever possible.

Check in on your coworkers throughout the day and watch for signs of heat-related illness. Replenish electrolytes when needed, especially during prolonged work in high temperatures. Don't forget to take advantage of the sun visors and cooling towels available for your hard hats to help reduce heat exposure.

At Sauer Group, nothing is more important than making sure every member of our team goes home safely at the end of the day. During this period of extreme heat, make your health and safety your number one priority.
