When we first sat down with this homeowner, we quoted a full finish for their basement. But after looking at the numbers, they wanted to adjust the scope to better fit their current budget.

A lot of contractors will walk away if a job shrinks, or try to pressure you into a contract you aren't comfortable with. That’s not how we do business at Brindle Construction. We reworked the plan together to give them the biggest bang for their buck.

For this phase, we:
- Framed out the new walls 🪵
- Ran all the rough-in electrical ⚡
- Installed fresh insulation for warmth 🏗️
- Sprayed the entire exposed ceiling black for that clean, modern industrial look 🖤

The result? A massive head start on a beautiful living space, done exactly to code, without breaking the bank. We don't just build spaces—we work with you to find solutions that fit your life.

Sometimes, it’s getting down in the dirt to fix the things most people would rather not think about! Our crew tackled this broken sewer line—digging it up, getting it sorted, and making sure everything flows exactly the way it’s supposed to.

From Unfinished to Fully Functional! 🛠️
Basements have so much untapped potential. We recently wrapped up this project where we took a corner of an unfinished basement and turned it into a beautiful, full-sized bathroom.

Adding a bathroom in the basement is one of the best ways to increase both convenience and home value—and this one turned out great.

Thankful to be able to knock this main structural wall out in this home with a 12’ custom wrapped weathered beam 🤘

I got a call back from the basement finish we did in the summer that they wanted to install an egress window. I was able to knock it out with some help digging from Dirt Worx Excavation and Services 🤘
