This was a “Love & Hate” relationship for me. Completely gutted and redesigned layout. Many unique challenges, but fun and rewarding at the same time. Wall tile was like a jigsaw puzzle. Favorite part was the custom oversized double vanity I made for them.

Gahanna football team and cheerleaders(our daughter Shelby varsity cheer)(and parents) fought through 18 degree temps to beat New Albany, to win the Regional championship. First time in 40 years. Headed to state semi finals next Friday!!!

It’s been a crazy busy year. Along with the great successes, we’re dealing with the same challenges everyone in the industry is, delays in materials, and lack of a good labor force. I haven’t done a good job keeping up with posting projects, but will see some coming soon.

It’s been a while since I’ve last posted. We’ve been extremely busy over the past year.
Along with all the work, we’ve been able to have some fun. As part of our community support efforts, we’ve sponsored and supported several charity events. This June, Executive Handyman Solutions sponsored a team (consisting of my three brothers), to help raise money for the Gahanna Lincoln High School annual Memorial Golf outing. Great time with the brothers, and meeting new folks doing great things.

Transformation complete!
This 1200 sq. ft. flooring project went from golden oak stain hardwood flooring, and carpet, to all oak hardwood with a white wash stain.
The kitchen also received a makeover.
Golden oak bead board cabinets to replacing door and drawer fronts with shaker style panels in a off white paint.

WOW! This was one heck of a puzzle. Thanks to my team; Andy Callahan, Steve Beight, my wife Teresa, and daughters, Abigail and Shelby, and Ian Callahan. All did a great job on this five room basement remodel.
