Took this leaking shower apart today, whoever did this shower did not know what they were doing, so many problems found, one being mastic was used, and another they used Hardi Backer, I know it says it can be used in showers but every shower I've taken apart that was done with Hardi the bottom is always degraded or has turned to mush, as here in a few places in this shower, in my opinion Hardi is the worse underlayment ever, even for floors...

With the rising cost of everything these days labor prices will also go up, can't make less by spending more on what's needed to live, and it seems that the more expensive the gas is getting the less that it lasts in the tank, I know that really isn't so, but it sure seems to burn up a lot faster...

Sometimes I make stuff out of extra material, this cross here was cut out of a piece of the bench seat material, which is the same as the shampoo niche shelf bottom...

The new signs came in the other day, it looks much better than the old signs I used to use, most of my work shirts are black with same color blue lettering...
