We’re excited to welcome Jefferson Mobry to the MCC team this summer as a Construction Management intern.

Jefferson is currently studying Construction Management at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he also competes as a linebacker for the Mavericks football program.

His strong work ethic, leadership, and team-first mentality make him a great fit for our culture, and we’re looking forward to having him gain hands-on experience with our team this summer.

We train seriously on safety.

But apparently when AI gets involved to create the poster for your Annual Safety Meeting… things get a little abstract.

Nonetheless, us here at MCC had our Annual Safety Training this past week! It was fun, and interactive (sorry, Ken). Thank you to our safety partner, Lancaster Safety for hanging out with us for the day!
