From connecting with and learning from some of the top building biologists, to designing healthy homes for those who want them, my mission is a never ending source of joy and purpose.

Life continues to feel fresh and new each day, and I can hardly wait to share what’s shaping up on the horizon.

I’ve been learning a lot about building biology from George Swanson. George and his colleagues wrote a book on healthy building wall envelope design called Breathing Walls.

George is a leading consultant on our Codex Tiny Home Project and has developed protocols for healthy wood framed construction.

He also has wealth of experience with thermal mass wall construction, particularly Faswall Blocks

I’m incorporating Faswall materials in my upcoming projects (and use Faswall plank as a capillary break in my tiny homes), and have been spending time learning from George.

George’s approach is built on decades of European building science and research. I’m grateful and blessed to be learning directly from one of the best.

Our homes can either support our health and vitality or quietly undermine everything g else we do.

Back in for another conversation with Dr. Daniel P***a.

Dr P***a was there when I didn’t know if I was going to make it. When my unexplainable health symptoms were at there peak.

He taught me about environmental toxins, hidden infections, and how to truly detox and heal.

It was a huge catalyst in my life. And I’m full of gratitude for the process and all I’ve learned.

And Dr P***a knows how important the health of the home is. The P***a program helps thousands each year, he sees the unexplainable illness. And he told me 90% of unexplainable illness can be resolved if you fix the home.

It’s a big statement, and it comes from the man whose in it.

Im grateful my journey, continued study, and experience have given me the skills and support to design healthy homes. And that my journey can now support many others.

Our homes can be our greatest asset for health and vitality, or silently undermine everything else we do. Now the choice is ours.
