Meet Mike Rawlins

Mike came out of the gate swinging with a plethora of knowledge spanning most of the trades.

When Mike isn't slinging roofs for A1 he enjoys spending his time rooting on his daughters in sports and camping with his family.

Mike can be helping you with the ventilation one your roofing system, but if you want an idea of what to do with your back patio he is right there with the knowledge to help.

We appreciate the Rawlins family and are so excited to help Mike grow and execute in his role. We see a promising future ahead.

If you see Mike around town give him him a wave, a smile, and ask him about a property inspection!

Experience matters

Recently we were called out to a home in Pickerington.

Upon inspection of the home we educated the homeowner on the insurance process and got the ball rolling.

The initial adjustment came back with an estimate that was not so great.

$277 was just a little shy of what we needed to do the work.

So we did what we do best.

We document

We measure

We back up our documents and measurements with facts.

And we wait for an approval

The revised estimate on the right reflexts what this homeowner was actually owed.

18k+!!!

Our team gets it done again!!

Now we pick colors and make our clients house look amazing.

Follow us for more WINS!!

Please DO NOT call if you are looking for

😟The cheapest

😠The fastest

😑Your deductible paid (insurance fraud)

😕money back from your insurance carrier. (also⬆️)

We understand that we are not the cheapest option and that's OK.

When someone is interviewing us to take on a project, we are equally evaluating and interviewing the client as well.

Full transparency is that it saves us lots of headaches

Not everyone is a good fit to work together and there's nothing wrong with that.

We also understand very well that you get what you pay for.. We see it almost daily when folks choose the cheapest option.

So whatever may float your boat on this beautiful Saturday.. Give us a call now or give us a call when (the guy that you know) messes something up.

Either way is fine with us. From our family to yours we hope you have a great rest of the weekend and upcoming week!

WHAT IN THE SNOW!!!!!

Well, even though the Columbus, OH area looks like a winter wonderland we are not letting that slow us down!!

Because we are thinking WARM over here😂

This is a great time to give us a call and schedule your annual property checkup.

During this inspection we will take a look at a few crucial pieces to your roofing, siding, and gutter systems.

LEAK POINTS AND ALL FLASHINGS✅

CONDITION OF FIELD AND HIP/RIDGE SHINGLES✅

CONDITION OF SIDING AND INSPECTIONS ON ALL CORNERS AND WINDOWS.✅

GUTTER SYSTEM IS PROPERLY DRAINING, PUT TOGETHER CORRECTLY AND CLEAR OF DEBRIS.✅

CHIMNEY FLASHING✅

VENTS AND PENETRATIONS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND SEALED.✅

VENTS ARE PROPERLY HOOKED UP IN ATTIC AND UP TO CODE✅

We'll come out, clean your gutters, tell you a few jokes, and make sure your home is properly built and protected for 2026.

Little issues can be big issues in a very short period of time if left alone.

This service will be a $250 fee starting in 2 weeks. We have about 10 spots left until we are booked until then.
