Dexter, a trailer part manufacturing company, had a large water loss from a waterline freezing then busting, they gave us a shout to help do the clean up, which was an EMS call, the mitigation, plumbing repairs, and replace the rooftop HVAC unit. We will also be doing the rebuild once the building has been fully dried out, and cleaned with anti microbial to prevent any bacteria growth.

Thank you to everyone who came together to help knock out the demolition and mitigation portion of this job in ONE DAY!

And thank you to my good friends at Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air for making it on site within 4 hours to fix the problem.

No job to big or small, we can do it all!

Playing in some dirt today. Had to do 13 16x36” footer holes today, tomorrow we have to run water line and backfill.

The majority of these holes had to be done by hand, because of the existing utility lines. Which for this time of year, is no easy task!
