We are just starting this attic build out. This space will get opened up with a large dormer and windows and features tons of useable floor space. Just look at all the potential in here! We are stoked for this one!

Keep pulling that thread and it all starts to go. This bathroom used to have a tub surround and a basic setup. We built into the hall closet it was connected to and netted a much larger walk in shower. This project in particular is special to us. It’s a 100 year old farm house our grandparents purchased sight unseen and they don’t even know this is going on!

Remodels are tough. There is only so much we can see while the walls are still up. This 100 year old house has some interesting quirks about it, like the original exterior siding just behind the shower surround. Rotted subfloor and crooked walls are standard. Whatever the case may be, we have the know how and we believe everything is “figure out able”. Stick around for some more on this house, it’s going to be unrecognizable.

Just a little glimpse of our most recent work that’s coming to a close. This kitchen came together almost better than I imagined. Be on the lookout for some before and afters of the entire house. We’ve been hard at work making this house not only look amazing, but function just as well.

I always look for opportunities to add a detail into the work we are doing. Maybe it’s small or maybe it’s big, but I think it always shows that we love what we do and we want our clients to know it and see it. We built and installed this white oak range hood in lieu of a typical 30 inch bridge cabinet. It really elevated the look of the kitchen.

Went into my local Bobcat of Maury County dealer and got HOOKED UP! If you purchase a qualifying hat they throw in an EXCAVATOR FOR FREE!
All jokes aside, this is a huge jump in our capability and you already know it’s going to work on Monday💪🏻 This is one of those tools that make you smile every time you use it and wonder why you didn’t get it sooner!

I’ll give you a hint, it’s not just Christmas decorations….it’s untapped potential! Many homeowners don’t know that this space exists in their own home. We knocked this one out fast and made a more functional space for this family. Roofers were on it immediately so no uncovered giant hole in the roof with this crazy Tennessee weather. What would you do with this space?

We are in the middle of a full trim out and this is when things start to look good. On stairs with an open stringer such as these, I think the little return detail is a must. It elevates the look. Simple details matter!

You’d be amazed on what you find during remodels. We replaced all exterior doors on this one and found roof shingles for shims under the sills, maybe that’s how the old timers did it back in the day?
