In my experience these are the easy items inspectors will call out first. Inevitably you could lose days during construction for not having these things taken care of, along with other items. Having a clean, presentable site is also a must! This shows attention to detail and signifies the guys care about what they do.

This has got to be one of my favorite bathrooms yet. My client went bold with her selections and boy did it turn out. This room was originally a storage room in the basement and we decided it needed to be a bathroom mid-project. We took it to the moon! Fellas, don’t buy your woman flowers that just die in a week, let’s get her a flower shower.

Framing. It’s always slow on your own, and especially slow on remodels when the floor may be uneven or the walls aren’t plumb etc. A spot laser and cordless nailer will be your best friend.
