Seeing more and more stories of people being scammed by contractors. When I give an estimate on a job, that service is free. These estimates are good for 30 days. When that estimated price is locked in by a customer and scheduled, prior to performing the service I require a 30% deposit up front. Then remaining balance once the job is completed. On certain sized/amount projects, there are installments.

These are normal actions of reputable businesses. NEVER pay someone full price up front before ever starting your project. This is the number one way people get scammed and taken advantage of. Always get things in writing, text, email, etc. get a receipt or at least written/text confirmation of the payment. Then once the job is completed and the services meet reasonable expectations of how the job should be, pay remaining balance.

This has nothing to do with my business or me personally. I just see these stories and truly want people to be aware of these things happening. Shop around. Get multiple quotes. Talk to people in person and see their actions. Then choose the right person for the job.

Well y’all. I guess it’s time to let the Bobcat out of the bag. We bought a skid steer! Simply another tool to add to our variety of services! We will soon be adding a wide range of additional services and more tools to provide customers with better quality, better completion times and overall a better experience! To me, growth means more than just buying something else, it’s the little things that come with it! I wouldn’t be able to be where I am without each and every single customer! For that, I’m grateful!

Additional coming services will include heavy duty brush cutting/clearing and much more. Be patient with me as we grow!
