Happy to build this shaded plant bed for a client in Franklin, aka "Hosta Hog Heaven".

Various Hosta, Hydrangea, Coral Bells, Lenten Roses, and an array of ferns.

✔️ Cut and remove sod to present the approved design
✔️ Condition the bed with Gypsum soil amendment
✔️ Plant each plant in an organic soil mix and married the roots with Bio-tone
✔️ Buried soaker hoses
✔️ Treated with Preen
✔️ Topped with straw to match the existing landscape

Here are some things that we have been working on in the Habersham neighborhood in Columbia.

Flower bed renewal!
- Bed extension
- Plant removal/transplants
- Plant installs (Snowball, Catmint, Lental Roses, Hostas, Salvia, variegated Lariope, Candy Corn Spiria, Lavender)
- W**d barrier and mulch removal and replacement
- Dogwood pruning

This flower bed had a spa day:

This flower bed had become a constant battle with w**ds. After years of faithful service, the old w**d barrier had finally begun to fail, allowing w**ds and even thick runners to grow through the fabric and up into the river rock.

We completely refreshed the bed by removing the old rock, addressing the w**ds, removing some aging plants, and thoroughly washing the existing river rock. We then applied Preen w**d preventative, installed a brand-new w**d barrier, and carefully replaced the clean river rock for a fresh, clean look.

A lot of hard work went into bringing this bed back to life, and the finished result turned out great!
