Bauer Improvements is hiring a handyman. Pay is starting at $20 hourly, but based on experience.

Basic construction knowledge is needed. How to read a tape measure, cut wood, use a drill etc. Willing to train the right person. We work year round and do not run out of work. You will not be laid off due to lack of work.

Types of work we specialize in (but not limited to):
⁃ Deck remodel/repair
⁃ Framing
⁃ Painting
⁃ Drywall
⁃ Flooring

You will receive paid vacation, and holidays.

🛠️Bauer Improvements is looking for someone motivated, hard working, and enjoys a fast paced work environment to add to the team. You would be joining a team of two other guys.

We specialize in handyman services. This can range from small indoor home remodel/repair, landscaping, deck remodel/repair, painting, power washing, and any small house project someone may call for. Each day is different, which makes your workday fulfilling.

Basic handyman knowledge, to expert this position is open to you. The more experience the better. Pay is based on your skill set.

We service Columbia IL and surrounding area. You would report daily to the job we are on. Insurance is not provided at this time. Start would be immediate.

Hi, I’m Ryan Bauer, I wanted to re-introduce myself for anyone new on my page.

I grew up in Millstadt IL, and still live in St. Clair County. I got married to my wife Carrie last year, and we are expecting our first baby boy September 1st. We have two border collie mixes as well.

I have always been a hands-on type guy. I have been doing handyman services on the side for many years, and launched my full time business almost 2 years ago. I appreciate everyone’s support, and hope to meet the new faces on my page in the near future.

The front of this home had over-grown bushes. After talking with the homeowner we decided on smaller low maintenance plants, and rock.

This provided her with a low maintenance landscaping. I am here to help you if needed in these decisions!

We recently remodeled a deck in Belleville IL. The homeowner called with concerns of his deck giving when you walked on it.

For this particular deck we completely re-built it. We replaced all deck joists, and all composite decking boards. We fixed the drainage issue under the deck to prevent future issues.
