Awesome week of progress at our house in the woods project. Cabinetry bringing the layout and design features into picture, lighting and bath fixtures adding the subtle elegance.

Exterior details and cedar accents are being completed, and landscaping will take center stage next week on the outside.

Bringing this one across the finish line in the next few weeks.

Concrete, but elevated.

The beveled-edge control joints on this covered patio weren’t just cut for function — they were designed to elevate the entire finish. Clean lines, intentional layout, and structural movement control working together to create a seamless high-end concrete aesthetic.

Luxury is in the details. Shoutout to our guys for executing this one to perfection!

Before the finishes and furnishings, there’s structure. Thoughtfully crafted on paper through architecture and engineering; executed in the field with precision, strength, and meticulous attention to detail. Proud of our trade partners day in and day out, and thankful for the pride they take in building for our clients each and every project.

It’s bridge and headwall week at Marlowe Springs on Carl Road. Footers and keyways are complete, and our pre-cast conspan bridge structures arrive in just a few days. This peaceful meadow in the heart of Liepers Fork is quickly taking shape.

Natural. Light.

The number one goal of this major renovation at our project was to brighten up the middle of this home. We think designed a layout that achieved just that. Very proud of how this project came together, looking forward to sharing more of the details in the weeks to come.

Awesome Progress this week on our Westhaven remodel. Structural changes always provide their own unique challenges, but in a 3 story home those challenges amplify. Thankful for an awesome team of engineers who help us tackle these challenges the right way, and for our awesome team of carpenters who take pride in doing things correctly even when the job is pretty dang hard. Load bearing beams, steel columns, and new foundation piers complete. Now it’s time to frame the new layout.
