🏘️ NEW PROJECT | LAFAYETTE, CO

We’re kicking off a full exterior restoration of 6 buildings and 24 townhomes at Waters Edge Townhomes!

Over the next month, our team will be restoring the exterior surfaces with a solid stain on the body and paint on all trim, along with a complete color change selected by the HOA.

This community is going to look completely different when we’re finished.

Excited to share the before & afters! 🔥

One of our FAVORITE projects we have ever had the opportunity to take on. 🙌🔥

The VillaSport transformation is officially COMPLETE!

At nearly 90,000 square feet, this building is an absolute monster. Over the course of this project, our crew prepped and painted tens of thousands of square feet of exterior stucco and metal roofing/accents — and seeing these before & after photos makes every hour of work worth it.

The color selection on this one could not have been better. Pair the new paint scheme with the brand-new exterior signage VillaSport added, and this honestly looks like a completely different building. Modern, clean, and BRAND NEW. 🤌

We’re not saying the other gyms in Colorado Springs need to repaint now… but their marketing departments may want to schedule an emergency meeting. 😂

VillaSport was already making people work on their transformations — apparently the building wanted one too. 💪😂

From the pool and kids areas, to the massive stucco elevations, metal roof sections, accents, and finally the front entrance, this was a HUGE undertaking for our team and easily one of the coolest transformations we’ve been a part of.

We’re extremely grateful to VillaSport for trusting us with a project of this size. This one will definitely go down in the books for us.

Swipe through the before & afters… because these pictures do this transformation JUSTICE. 🔥🔥

Two homes. Two transformations. Very similar taste. 👀

We recently wrapped up these two beautiful homes in Flying Horse, and funny enough, both homeowners landed on very similar color schemes—and we can see why.

Both projects received the full exterior treatment:

• Full stucco patching & repairs
• Complete exterior paint
• Fascia & soffits
• Doors & trim
• Wood accents & details
• Wood repairs where needed

A great exterior paint job starts long before the first coat goes on. Taking care of the stucco, woodwork, and prep is what gives these homes a finish that’s built to last.

Best of all, both homeowners were an absolute pleasure to work with. We’re grateful for the trust and couldn’t be happier with how these two turned out!

Which one do you like better? 1 or 2?

Some projects are bigger than paint—they’re about preserving history.

Over three weeks, our team had the incredible privilege of restoring Saint Leander Church, one of the most historic buildings we’ve ever worked on.

From painting bell towers nearly 100 feet in the air to restoring miles of exterior trim and completing extensive carpentry and wood repair, every detail was approached with the care and craftsmanship this landmark deserves.

It’s projects like these that remind us why we love what we do. Thank you to Saint Leander Church for trusting Genesis Painting to help preserve such an important piece of history.

Watch the transformation.

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but we’ve been busy doing what we do best. 💪🏡

Here are just a few of the residential & commercial projects we’ve completed over the past couple of weeks. From faded, weathered exteriors to fresh, clean finishes, every project has been a great reminder of why we love what we do.

One of the highlights was painting our first apartment complex!! Safe to say… we found out just how many stories “a couple more feet up” can really mean. 😅 Between all the detail work, the heights, and the sheer size of the property, it definitely tested our skill set and endurance—but we loved every minute of the challenge.

Whether it’s repairing damaged stucco, restoring worn surfaces, or giving a home or commercial property a complete color transformation, we’re committed to doing the job right the first time.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with your projects and continues to support our growing business. We truly appreciate it!

Thinking about updating your property? We’d love to help.

This stunning Palmer Lake home is officially complete! 🏡🌲🎨

At nearly 5,000 square feet and sitting on 2.5 beautiful acres, this project was one of our favorite transformations of the year. The homeowners chose an incredible color scheme featuring a rich green stucco body, darker green pop-outs, and modern gray trim accents that blend perfectly with the natural beauty surrounding Palmer Lake.

This also marks the THIRD green home we’ve painted in this neighborhood, and we’re not complaining—green continues to be our favorite color on stucco. The depth, richness, and finish it creates are hard to beat. 🙌

This project involved much more than paint. We discovered areas where water intrusion and critters had gotten behind the stucco, causing damage to the insulation and framing. Our team completely removed the affected sections, replaced the rotten materials, reinstalled new stucco, and then finished everything with a beautiful topcoat that will protect the home for years to come.

The before and after photos on this one tell the story better than we ever could. What started as a weathered exterior is now a modern mountain home that looks right at home among the pines. 🔥

Thank you to these homeowners for trusting us with such a special project!

Just wrapped up this full exterior transformation in Monument! 🏡🎨

These homeowners are getting ready to list their home for sale and wanted to maximize the curb appeal before hitting the market — and WOW did this one make a difference. 🙌

This project included:
✔️ Full stucco repaint
✔️ Full trim repaint
✔️ Deck carpentry & board replacement
✔️ Complete exterior refresh

A fresh exterior can completely change the first impression of a home, and this project is a perfect example of why investing into paint and repairs before listing can pay off big time.

The home looks cleaner, newer, and fully move-in ready. 🔥

Memorial Day progress update from Villa Sport 🇺🇸🎨

First off — huge thank you to all of the men and women who have served and sacrificed for this country. Today is about honoring those who gave everything for our freedom, and we’re incredibly grateful. ❤️

Now for the project update… the poolside and kids area are officially COMPLETE! 🙌 And with the pool filled back up, these before & after photos look AWESOME.

We’re getting close to the halfway point on our biggest project yet. The tough prep-heavy areas are behind us, and now we’re moving onto the fun stuff — including the front of the building where the transformation is really going to start turning heads. 🔥

Safe to say Villa Sport is having a better glow-up this Memorial Day than most of us after a long weekend barbecue. 😂

More updates coming soon!

Modern transformations like this are always fun. 🔥🏡

We just wrapped up this full exterior makeover off Baptist Road in Monument, and the new modern color scheme completely changed the look of the home. The homeowners made some awesome selections and the final result came together beautifully.

This project included:
✔️ Full siding repaint
✔️ Trim repaint
✔️ Extensive board replacement
✔️ Full deck staining
✔️ Complete exterior refresh

This was much more than just a paint job — it was a total exterior transformation. From the repairs and prep work to the final coatings, everything came together exactly how we hoped.

Definitely one of those projects where the after photos speak for themselves. 🙌
