Getting the hang of rendering software! Still ironing out some things, but not bad for just a couple days of self-teaching (see my last post for comparison). This has been a goal of mine for years - feels great to finally offer clients visuals that really capture the vision, without having to outsource 💪🏼

Just wrapped up architectural plans for this entertainer’s dream - featuring a wine dispenser and display wall for the owners’ vintage wine collection, expansive glass openings to the pool and sunken fire pit, a home gym that opens to the practice football field, and a light-filled art studio. Construction and interiors starting soon!

Wrapping up a year full of gratitude! Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it, really. Check out this incredible kitchen redesign! Swipe to see how we took a closed-off, angle-filled space with tiny in-the-way island and turned it into a chef’s dream come true 🍳✨

🧑‍🍳 After: We’ve opened up the kitchen, smoothed out those angles, and added a spacious + beautiful eating island perfect for cooking and entertaining.

Happy Friday! There are so many fun features built into the design of this home - like this glass pocket door that leads down the hall to the sleeping quarters. A second glass door opposite the fireplace provides a subtle separation between the living room and playroom. This was a dreamy shot - peep the light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows 😍

The algorithm says I need to post more photos with me in them, so here we go! Some ‘fun facts’ about me:

- In 7th grade, my math teacher told us to take a sheet of graph paper and design a house. I took 6 sheets and designed a 2-story shopping mall. That’s when I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up :)

- I am a native Austinite but moved with my husband and kids to Colorado five years ago. I still work primarily out of Austin because my clients rock (and also, queso), but my heart belongs to the mountains!

- I take my whiskey on the rocks
