We presented at a meetup on May 5, and 8 days later we had coffee with a woman who saw us present. ☕️

Six days later we toured 👀 her property and three days after that (today) we have a signed lease. ✍️

She needs to move to help her aging parents. She owns a townhome, we will lease it from her and sublease it to a tenant. 📃

She said we were the answer to her prayers 🙏 we are grateful to help! 💪
