We specialize in parking lot sealing, marking removal, and adding new pavement markings to make your lot look brand new again. We use a 8" bead blaster and a surface scarifier to remove any markings that are flaking, need to be moved due to any layout changes, or altered. ring. Glass beads is also an option for reflectivity. When we do sealcoating all areas will be blown clean of any rock or debris. If there are any cracks in the asphalt we do examine them to see if they need to be filled with hot tar rubberized seal prior to seal coating. After the pavement is examined and cracks are filled, if any, we sealcoat the pavement. Drying time for sealcoating typically takes 24hrs. During the drying time, the pavement will be marked off to prevent anyone from driving on the sealer so it can set. In order to have sealcoating complete the weather must be dry and at a minimum of 50 degrees. Any pavement markings can be done according to the manufacturers recommendations.
