🔨 Meet the family behind Childs & Co.
We’re Sy and Ashley Childs, a husband-and-wife team serving homeowners, investors, and Realtors across the Brazos Valley.
Truth be told, Childs & Co. has been a daydream of ours for more than 15+ years.
Long before there was a company name, we were spending weekends working on projects, renovating homes, helping friends and family, and finding ways to make spaces feel more functional, beautiful, and welcoming. We’ve talked about starting a business more times than we can count—we just never pulled the trigger.
Until now.
Home improvement has always been part of our story. Sy got his start in property management maintenance and has spent years building, fixing, remodeling, and solving problems with his hands. Meanwhile, Ashley has spent the last decade helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes throughout the Brazos Valley.
Now we’re bringing those experiences together into something we’re proud to call our own.
And these two little boys? They’re the reason behind it all.
