Happy 6-Year Work Anniversary, Tony! 🎉

This month, we're celebrating Tony and his six years with the NDC team!

Tony is a skilled taper and framer who consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to safety on every jobsite. Throughout his time at NDC, he's continued to grow in his trade, and the accomplishment he's most proud of is all of the skills he's learned along the way.

Meet the Crew Monday looks a little different this week!

I thought it was time to introduce myself. 👋

I'm Jenny, the face behind NDC's marketing and social media. Fun fact- I'm also our Safety Manager. Whether I'm out on a jobsite, behind a camera, or putting together our next post, I love getting to share the people and projects that make NDC such a great place to work.

What a great day with the whole NDC team! 👏

Last Friday, we spent the day together at the office for training, team building, and a mid-year safety refresher. The morning started with breakfast, followed by training on some of the apps and programs we use within the company, a team-building exercise, and an outstanding presentation on mental health and su***de awareness in construction from Yolanda McIntosh with AGC.

After a street taco bar lunch, we wrapped up the day with more safety training, a baker scaffolding relay that brought out some friendly competition, and a final team building activity.

We’re grateful for a team that shows up, participates, learns, and continues helping us grow stronger together.

This spring, NDC became a proud member of the Cokato Chamber of Commerce!

As a company with roots in the area, we believe that being involved in our community is just as important as the work we do on our jobsites. The Chamber provides a great opportunity to connect with other local businesses, support community initiatives, and continue building relationships within the area we call home.

After sharing a look back at NDC's roots in residential construction, we thought it would be fitting to highlight a project that represents where we are today.

Our team was proud to contribute to the new Coborn's Market & Table, including the framing and drywall work in this commercial kitchen space.

Projects like this are a reminder of how far NDC has come—from our residential roots to the commercial projects we help build today. We're proud of the journey and grateful to be part of projects that make a lasting impact.

It's amazing to look back at where it all started.

What began as a residential design-build company has evolved into a commercial construction specialty contractor serving projects throughout the region. While our projects may look different today, the values that built this company remain unchanged.

We're grateful for the journey, the people who helped us along the way, and the opportunities that continue to shape our future.
