Effective immediately, Great Lakes Commercial Roofing and Keystone Commercial Roofing will operate under one unified brand: Tricera Roofing.
With so much consolidation happening in our industry, we want to address the question many customers naturally ask when they hear about a company changing its name.
No, we have not been sold.
We have not sold to a private equity firm—or to anyone else, for that matter. This is simply a rebranding that brings our companies together under one name. The ownership remains exactly the same, and so do the values that have guided us from the beginning.
By uniting under Tricera Roofing, we’re creating a stronger, more recognizable company that will allow us to better serve customers, invest in our people, and continue building for the long term—all while remaining independently owned and operated.
