🎨Design Approval -
Inspo pics are welcomed if you have a specific design in mind! Mockups will be sent to you in a timely manner following your inquiry. If there is anything you want changed in the mockup please tell me, it will not hurt my feelings!! I want you to receive exactly what you envisioned. Once a design is approved by you, changes may not be available depending on painted progress. Also note that any changes wanted after the mockup is approved, may add charges.
🪙Payment Options -
Payment is due after you have approved the mockup & before painting begins due to the fact that banners are one-of-a-kind & crafted with a lot of love and energy. Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp are preferred. Cash payments are accepted; however, cash needs to be dropped off & collected BEFORE painting starts. I cannot pick up cash so please take into consideration drop off time.
🚫Cancellation and Refund Policy -
Due to banners being personalized, refunds will not be issued if canceled within ONE week or less of pick up/delivery date. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.
🚚Pickup or Delivery -
Please ensure you pick up your banner on scheduled pick-up day. Delivery is offered for an extra fee, as noted in the add on section but may not be available based on distance . If you are further than 45 minutes away, further upcharge may occur for delivery. If i have approved delivery, please send me the address after booking is confirmed. Banner will be delivered within 1-2 days of your needed deadline. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BANNERS FOR BIRTHDAYS AT THE CAFE. I will make sure your banner is there in time for your party.
⏰️Turnaround Time -
These hand painted banners do take time to make, a turnaround time will be provided based on the amount of detail in the banner as I have to allow dry time, especially to create the perfect banner that pops with color. I need at least 2 weeks of time to ensure a smooth painting process. Rush ordering may be available based on amount of spots open. I only open 4 spots for a month. These spots will be listed publicly on my page or feel free to message for more info.
☎️Social Media Use -
When booking a banner with me, you are allowing me to promote my business using images and videos of the banner throughout the crafting process UNLESS stated in writing to me at the time of booking. The images help me to create a portfolio so I can continue creating and operating my small business!
🖼Finished Product -
These are carefully hand painted banners however that there may be small imperfections as I am not a computer! Please be aware, the final product may have slightly differing shades of color verses the mockup images because of hand painting, screen color differences, and the way colors transfer onto the brown banner. While the paper is a thicker and heavier material than craft paper, please be sure to handle your banner with care. Once the banner is in your hands, I am no longer responsible for any damages that may occur. Please consider having a method for hanging your banner planned in advance if not using grommets provided. Grommets can be used with fishing line or command hooks. Other methods include ie; backdrop stand, thumb tacks, painters tape, etc
