Affirmation of the day: My feelings are valid and I honor them.

My feelings are valid, even the messy, uncomfortable ones. I don’t have to explain them, minimize them, or apologize for having them. I can listen to what they’re trying to tell me, honor what I need, and give myself permission to feel without judging myself for it.

Affirmation of the day: Don't try to blend in. You were made to stand out.
You were never meant to shrink yourself, hide your weird, or water down what makes you different just to fit into someone else’s idea of normal. Your uniqueness is your damn superpower. Stand out. Take up space. Be unapologetically you. The right people won’t ask you to blend in, they’ll love you for exactly what makes you different.
