So my latest flip won an award today. This makes the third one of these awards my work has received.
What makes this house even more appropriate for this award. When I bought it from the city it was on the demo list. It was suppose to be a vacant lot last year. I gutted it and rebuilt it completely. Now as of Aug 18 there will be a new owner living there.
