Weeding & prep for grass seed in Hudson yesterday. This lawn & landscape were torn up removing old clay pipe & re-tying back in. Took care of the ornamentals first, now time to fix the lawn! I picked the easiest section first, just roots & concrete chunks here no rocks or broken clay pipe chunks🔧 👷‍♀️installment 2 coming soon.

Do your maple tree leaves look like this?? They need nutrients- mainly iron & manganese! Will just feeding them solve the problem??

Probably not! The roots of this tree are having trouble drawing up nutrients- what can we do to help it out? Its feeder roots are competing with grass, myrtle and being beaten up by the condo association's mowers & trimmers weekly. It's attempting to live and breathe in heavy compacted clay soil AND maybe its roots were injured when planting or when the sidewalk was repaired. Maybe the wire cage wasn't removed completely from the root ball and it's finally causing problems. The homeowner would like to save these trees so let's figure out what we can do!
