Take a look at this beautiful home we completed on Lake Lucerne.

All new soldered, copper K style gutters.

The home owner has lived in this home for 55 years, and had the pleasure of watching the old copper age and patina naturally. She wanted to get closer to that natural look, so we went around with a Salt and vinegar solution to speed up the oxidation process.

Thanks for looking!

Finally had nice enough weather to complete this new roof on a window project from the winter. All new 24 gauge standing seam, and 60 mil EPDM Roofing went on this commercial building in Broadview Heights. Can’t wait to see the finished product with a new deck, and new vinyl siding.

The boys were called out of town to Lancaster, Oh for our customers at Walmart.

The job at hand was installing emergency doors in different locations in the building.

We were able to come in and handle everything, start to finish.

Demo, masonry, cement, framing, door install and paint.

This is the first of many stops this year for Walmart, with the next locations being in Michigan, then down to Tennessee.

Let’s wish the boys some safe travels, as they continue this work throughout the winter.
