You know if the vehicle in the driveway says
ELITE it's been done right! This customer requested a "TALL COMFORTABLE COMMODE" we abliged as well as installed a new fl**ge, shut off, and supply line. Also sent a proof of comfort picture when finished! This one's Wade approved!

This system is a couple years old and has given trouble along the way, this is the first time they’ve called ELITE! Pump burnt out by solids getting into the effluent tank. Pumped and washed down the entire system, pumps had to be pulled and cleaned and one replaced, identified the problem, the outlet baffle was a long sweep wye so the top of the outlet was about 4-5” lower than the outlet pipe allowing solids to flow straight out of solids tank. Made us up some “arm extenders” to reach the fitting about 10-12 feet down and extended the outlet up and also down to only allow effluent (cleanest) water in the tank to exit. Snaked a drain inside while we were there as well.

This customer has a lot of work ahead of them but they are knocking it out a little at a time. We were able to help by installing a new water line, yard hydrant, and closet fl**ge.
