Attention valued customers. As of October 1, 2026 we have reached a point for the first time ever, that we are forced to charge a Fuel Recovery Fee. All residential and commercial customers that are outside of a contracted area will receive a $1.96 per month charge. All roll off moves will have a fuel recovery fee of $20 per haul. This is simply temporary and we will not charge this fee once the fuel market stabilizes. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our current rates for standard service with a 96gal are currently $30-$35 per month or $6.92-$8.08 per WEEK. We feel this is a very fair affordable rate and do not see any reason to have to raise rates in the near future. This small fuel recovery fee is once again only temporary and we look forward to being able to remove it. If you live in a municipality or HOA under a contract, this specifically wont apply to you. However, we may have a different agreement set up with the contract holder. Thank you for supporting locally owned business. We appreciate your business.

Please check out the Cruise in car show this Saturday at D&S automotive in Mentor on Tyler blvd. All money raised is donated to Rainbows Hospital. Thanks CJ and the D&S team for doing such a great event every year.

Attention valued customers. If you utilize Dumpster Bandit for residential curbside pickup in the Mantua area, starting next week your service will be on Wednesday instead of Thursday and going forward. You would have received one of these stickers on your trash cart. Thank you for supporting locally owned businesses

Attention Painsville Township customers.

As you should already know, we are no longer allowed to provide curbside service as of July 1. Please leave our containers in site and we will have them all collected by Friday July 10. We will pick them up with trash in them if necessary. Thank you for being valued customers for the past 8 years. We are sorry we are unable to service you anymore. Thank you.

Dumpster Bandit is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
✅ Answering incoming phone calls
✅ Signing up new customers
✅ Assisting existing customers with service questions
✅ Processing customer payments
✅ Providing excellent customer service

We're looking for someone with great communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.

Part-time hours available. Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
