We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Sydney Ryan and her great staff at the Dayton, Ohio Area Chamber of Commerce for inviting us to participate as a guest speaker at the Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council’s Breakfast with the Experts. These are fantastic events designed to help area employers keep their workers safe. We sincerely hope that we were able to help everyone in attendance understand the hazards of shock and arc flash a little bit better.

This week we provided electrical our safety training in Spanish to a great client in the Midwest. First-language training gives workers a better understanding of the subject matter and allows for better retention of the information. Consequently, there is an increased likelihood that the skills and knowledge gained from the training will be implemented in the field. If employees understand the electrical safety rules and why they should be followed, they are more likely to employ them. This reduces risk to employees and employers.
