If you’re a Cleveland-based brand… this is where you need to be.

We’re not just hosting wellness events
we’re building a network of local businesses, founders, and decision-makers in one room.

This is a curated experience designed to do more than drive traffic.
It’s built to create real connections, brand visibility, and business opportunities.

Each event is supported by sponsors and strategic partners who bring:
– education on starting and scaling a business
– insights from experienced founders
– opportunities to connect with other local brands
– access to a community that supports growth

You’re not just setting up a table.
You’re stepping into a network.

We’re looking for aligned Cleveland businesses in:
• wellness + beauty
• fitness + movement
• food + beverage
• recovery + health
• lifestyle + retail
• founders + service-based brands

If you want to grow your brand, meet the right people, and be part of something intentional…

DM “VENDOR” for details.

From Main Street to major development, this episode of Cle Connectors Series: 6 Degrees of CRE brings together two of Northeast Ohio’s top commercial real estate agents with completely different deal styles and one shared perspective on where the industry is headed.

I sat down with Kevin Moss of CBRE , representing national owners and tenants of large scale retail developments, and Kas Filippova of eXp Commercial, working closely with small to mid sized businesses, retail,
Multifamily and scaling companies across Northeast Ohio.

We talked about:

• Big box versus growth stage commercial deals
• Managing multi year transactions and long term client relationships
• Collaboration between brokers in a relationship driven market
• And how AI is already being used to send offers, negotiate terms, and draft contracts

Yes. Clients are using AI in ways most people do not realize.

We filmed this episode at ICON Co Work in Lakewood, a beautiful coworking space and event venue co owned by Kas. Offices, meeting rooms, event space and the perfect backdrop for a conversation about growth and innovation.

Huge thank you to ICON Workspace for hosting us.

Full episode is live now.

Thanks, Amazon… but today my heart is with the small businesses that make our community feel like home.

Cleveland thrives because of the dreamers, doers, makers, and family-owned shops that pour their love into what they create. When we shop small, we’re not just buying something we’re supporting someone’s story, someone’s vision, someone right here in our community.

Drop your favorite small businesses below, or share where you’re shopping local today. Let’s support each other, one small business at a time. Happy Small Business Saturday. 🎀
