What’s the #1 reason older adults end up leaving their homes?

Most people answer, “Poor health.”

The truth is, in many cases, it starts with just one fall.

A single fall can lead to a hospital stay, then rehab, and sometimes a loss of confidence that makes living independently much harder.

The good news is that many falls are preventable.
