The team started work on a large historical duplex downtown. A previous contractor had attempted to renovate this property and got in a little too far over his head.. We will be removing the whole entire floor plan, reframing nearly everything and starting from scratch. With the exception of multiple raccoons the team encountered, this property has been sitting vacant for years!

A client requested that they wanted some skylights installed. Roofing came through and installed the windows, and we were tasked with installing the tunnels into kitchen. The client was inspired by social media to spice up the area a little bit and asked if we could replicate what he was spotted online. Of course we were able to!
The client was blown away by the final product. Final cleanup handled by Taylor’s Cleaning 365 who always comes through and makes the house look cleaner than before we started.

"Major shout out to Randy Pierpoint and his team for his dry wall expertise! We had some destruction from a puppy with anxiety and they fixed it like brand new! We were worried about the bull nose edging coming out right …He also hung ship lap and moved down the electrical work changing the light into sconces and put a new door in the frame- Very professional outstanding work if anyone needs drywall or refinishing work done ! Hard to believe this was over a year ago. Flash forward to today and we’re approaching having done 20-25 of these. The connections we’ve made with the locals and other tradesman in the area has been pretty awesome. This whole experience the last year and half has blown away every expectation I had for my business, and I genuinely look forward to hopping in the truck every morning to take part in these amazing transformations!

This was a wild one! An up and down duplex that had squatters living in the first floor. When they finally lost in court we went in to do our thing. I joke a lot about being in the hood and cleaning it up, but this really was an intimate glimpse into what poverty and substance abuse truly looks like. Me and the guys had an opportunity to talk to one of the former tenants about sobriety and changing his life one afternoon, and it really is heartbreaking to see someone choose the streets over an opportunity to get better. But, I couldn’t have been more proud of my guys for being candid with him about their own life experiences, and being an example that change is possible!
