LEVEL UP KNOCKED THIS ONE OUT OF THE BALLPARK!

This project was about more than just construction — it was about bringing a vision to life.

Working as the General Contractor on a 203(k) loan remodel takes coordination, patience, precise scheduling, and most importantly… THE RIGHT TEAM.

For this project, Level Up brought everything together and managed it from start to finish:

🚧 OUT WITH THE OLD… IN WITH THE NEW! 🚧

We just wrapped up a concrete project right here in Cleburne! 🙌🏻

This backyard was ready for an upgrade, so our Level Up crew got to work:
🔨 Demoed and removed the existing stone patio
🪵 Tore out the old wooden deck
🚜 Prepped the area from the ground up
✨ Poured a brand-new concrete patio
🏡 Added a concrete pad for a future gazebo

What a difference! A fresh concrete patio gives this homeowner a clean, durable space that’s ready for years of backyard get-togethers, grilling, relaxing, and making memories. ☀️

☀️🔥 100 DEGREES… AND STILL COUNTING! 🔥☀️

The 100° days just keep coming, and with very little relief in sight, your foundation is feeling this Texas heat too!

When we go through long stretches of extreme heat with little rainfall, the soil around your home can dry out, shrink and pull away from your foundation. And when that soil starts moving, your foundation can move right along with it.

💧 That’s why consistent foundation watering is so important right now!

A few reminders:
💦 Water consistently around the entire perimeter of your home
💦 A soaker hose placed about 12–18 inches away from the foundation works great
💦 The goal is to keep the soil consistently moist — not soaked or muddy
💦 Pay extra attention to areas getting full sun all day
💦 Don’t wait until you see a large gap between the soil and your foundation!

And keep an eye out for warning signs like:
🏠 New cracks in walls or brick
🚪 Doors suddenly sticking
🪟 Windows becoming difficult to open or close
🧱 Gaps forming around trim, doors or windows sticking

🏠 BIG FOUNDATION REPAIR COMPLETE IN GRANDVIEW! 💪

This home was showing some serious signs of foundation movement with cracking and significant settling that needed to be addressed before the damage continued.

Our Level Up crew came in and got to work, installing 40 TOTAL PRESSED PIERS to stabilize and level the home:

🔹 34 perimeter piers
🔹 6 concrete breakouts

We can’t stress this one enough!

Over the years, we’ve gotten several calls that sound something like this:
