🚨 Story Time 🚨

We got an emergency call — a family's HVAC was down, and they had guests checking in the next day. 😬

Problem: you can't pull a permit to install a new unit at 6:30pm on a Friday. 🕡

So we did the only thing you can do — we improvised. 💡 Our team brought in two portable AC units to keep the house cool overnight while we worked on getting the permit for the proper install. ❄️

Here's the real question: do you trust a company that just talks about going the extra mile... or one that actually goes it? 🤔
One's a lot easier than the other. We choose the harder one — every time. 💪
