Day 2 of building this beauty of a deck just outside of Reeve. Footing and framing inspection passed today and we’re on to floor and railing tomorrow!

With remodeling, you never know what you will find when you start demo. This project was planned for 1 day of demo which quickly turned into almost 2 after discovering drywall layered over plaster and lathe 😵‍💫. BUT, we hit it hard and got it done and even got rolling on framing out the new spaces. This project is combining 2 very small bathrooms into 1 larger main bathroom, and also taking a very small adjoining bedroom and creating a walk in closet along with primary bathroom. Trades are scheduled for next week and then on to drywall!

Attention to detail is a must with any project. Today, Ash was doing just that. He got in there to make sure all of the nail holes were filled in after trim out.

Ta-done! Clear lake project is on to final inspection next week! Next week we begin a big project that will be taking a bedroom and making a grand primary suite while consolidating the current main and primary into a large main bath. Stay tuned for that progress!
