Today was demo day in Prairie Farm for this whole home facelift. These homeowners built this home 30+ years ago and simply needed some modern touches added. We will be installing new flooring throughout, Swanstone surround in the primary shower, new Quartz tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Last but not least, new light fixtures and hardware throughout. This home is beautiful already and just needs a little modernization to rejuvenate the coziness ❤️

Today is demo day of this rotting deck outside of Amery. We are so grateful for the opportunity to help these homeowners out with another one of their projects. Last fall we remodeled their entire kitchen and bathroom and it turned out amazing!

The new deck will be all composite decking with aluminum cable railing. Stay tuned for photos!

The Prairie House build was built so fast, the only things left are the kitchen cabinets and garage doors, and this home is done! July 22 we set our first wall and this past weekend the homeowners started moving things in. 8 short weeks has to be a record, right?! Here’s a snip of the classy style this home carries throughout. More photos in the coming days.

Wow, we’ve been busy! This home in Balsam Lake started with us doing their kitchen and 3 bathrooms this winter and quickly turned into an exterior project too! We’ve already replaced the roof and are now hard at replacing the half log siding with maintenance free EverLog, hand hewn cement siding with the help of Heartland Exteriors!

While we patiently wait for the drywall to get wrapped up in Prairie Farm, today we start an addition on this already adorable home in Amery! After the addition is completed, we will be converting the existing kitchen into a main floor bathroom.

Drywall is going up in Prairie Farm! One of my favorite parts of new construction is how much the drywall really changes the space, and brings it one step closer to a home. 🏡

Whoa, what a week in Prairie Farm (and it’s only Wednesday 🫪). The roof went on, the plumbing rough in is done, HVAC and electrical are in process, we have a well and last but not least, windows and doors are going in!
