What a great day on the course with an even better group of guys.

Had the chance to spend the day with Tavis from Quality Window & Door, Inc., KJ from Schmidt Electric & AV, and Clem from Seven Hills Electric at the BANCI Golf Outing hosted at Tippecanoe Lake Country Club.

The golf was decent, the weather was perfect, and the laughs were nonstop. The highlight of the day might have been Tavis proving he’s apparently part golfer, part gymnast, dropping into a full split on the green to line up a putt. Safe to say not everyone is willing to go that far to shave a stroke off their score! 😂

Events like this are a great reminder of how strong the relationships are within our local construction community. Thanks to BANCI for putting on another outstanding outing and giving everyone an opportunity to connect outside the jobsite.

🚧 Big News from LCHI Construction🚧

Last week our team traveled to St. Louis, Missouri, for hands-on training and certification with PierTech Systems, one of the industry’s leading manufacturers of helical pier foundation solutions.

While we were there, we had the opportunity to visit the iconic Gateway Arch, tour PierTech’s facility, and receive in-depth instruction on the design, installation, and application of helical piers. The training included both classroom education and field demonstrations using specialized installation equipment and torque-monitoring systems.

Helical piers are an engineered foundation solution used for:

✔ Foundation stabilization and repair
✔ Deck and porch support systems
✔ New construction foundations
✔ Structural underpinning
✔ Boardwalks, bridges, and specialty structures
✔ Challenging soil conditions where traditional footings aren’t ideal

By becoming certified installers, we’re expanding our capabilities and continuing our commitment to providing proven, long-lasting solutions for our clients throughout Northern Indiana.

We’re excited to bring this technology to future residential and commercial projects and look forward to helping property owners solve foundation challenges with confidence.

A few final progress photos from this custom master bathroom project by LCHI Construction ✨

This space is really starting to come together. From the freestanding soaking tub and heated tile floors to the custom illuminated niches and oversized tile work, every detail was designed to create a clean, relaxing, spa-like atmosphere.

We’re currently waiting on the final glass partition installation to fully complete the space, but we couldn’t wait to share how beautiful this project is turning out.

Some of our favorite features:
• Heated tile flooring for year-round comfort
• Freestanding soaking tub with floor-mounted filler
• Curbless walk-in shower
• Custom backlit niches and accent lighting
• Large-format tile throughout
• Statement chandelier feature lighting
