Fresh from the garden and headed to the freezer!

Green onions and chives packaged up for future soups, eggs, potatoes, sourdough creations, and whatever else ends up on the dinner table.

Seeing food we grew ourselves stacked up in the freezer makes me ridiculously happy. Next harvest goes in the dehydrator!

Now accepting donations for a freeze dryer.

I can’t even tell y’all how much of this stuff I drank last summer. Naturally, the first big basil harvest went straight into basil lemonade.
