Superior Decks LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking laborer/helper to join our growing team!

Pay is based off experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with building wood, composite, and PVC decks
• Carry and organize materials
• Help with demolition and site cleanup
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow directions and maintain a safe job site

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 80+lbs and work outdoors with heat and cold.
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

🛠 Responsibilities:

- Assist with building and repairing decks and outdoor structures
- Carry materials and tools
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work as part of a team
- Framing
- Mixing concrete
