The homeowner was concerned about a possible rodent infestation in the duct system due to a strong odor coming from the vents. Southern Air performed a complete duct cleaning and sanitation service to remove contaminants, eliminate odors, and disinfect the system. During the inspection, we also identified the rodent’s point of entry in the crawlspace and professionally sealed the opening to help prevent future access. The duct system is now clean, sanitized, and protected from further intrusion.
