The job doesn’t move if the material doesn’t move.

At Brewster Hauling, we show up ready, communicate clearly, and move material safely so our partners can keep building.

In this video, Bill Evans, Brewster Hauling Operations Manager, walks through what that looks like in the field, from spoil removal to supporting earthwork in real time.

Whether it’s dirt, gravel, or demo material, the expectation doesn’t change.
Load it right. Move it safely. Keep the project on track.

Consistent trucks. Experienced drivers. Clear communication.
Done safely and on schedule. That’s the Brewster Hauling way.

When families walk across a bridge, watch otters play, or experience Elephant Trek at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, they’re enjoying spaces made possible by a construction team behind the scenes.

This 2026 National Association of Women in Construction Week, we’re celebrating the women helping lead that work.

In this video, Osmary, Project Manager at Jostin Construction, walks through several Zoo projects she helped deliver, including the Erkenbrecher Parking Lot & Bridge, Elephant Trek, and the Asian Small-Clawed Otter habitat.

Joined by Delaney, Project Engineer, and Jade, Jostin Recruiter, the team reflects on building spaces that connect visitors with wildlife, conservation, and the Zoo’s mission to create a more sustainable future.

We’re honored to partner with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden on transformational projects that serve our community while supporting their work to protect wildlife and inspire conservation.

Celebrating Women in Construction Week 2026 🏗️

This 2026 National Association of Women in Construction Week, we’re celebrating the women helping deliver projects at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden that bring people closer to wildlife, conservation, and a more sustainable future.

These photos were captured during a recent project walk, where our team has helped deliver several projects including the Erkenbrecher Parking Lot & Bridge, Elephant Trek, and the Asian Small-Clawed Otter habitat.

For Osmary, Project Manager at Jostin Construction, these projects also represent an important part of her growth as a construction leader.

“This project taught me that I can do it. It just takes hard work, planning, communication, and transparency with your team.”

Osmary was joined by Delaney, Project Engineer, and Jade, Jostin Recruiter, three women building their careers and helping shape the future of our industry.

We’re honored to partner with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden on transformational projects that serve our community while supporting their mission around wildlife and conservation.

The Cincinnati Convention Center Reimagination represents a major investment in our city and the people who call it home.

This video highlights the teamwork, coordination, and commitment behind a project that brought together more than 2,400 workers across trades, partners, and disciplines. From construction management leadership to self-performed General Trades and Concrete work, every part of this project required collaboration and trust.

At Jostin Construction, we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project of this scale and significance and to work alongside partners committed to delivering something meaningful for Cincinnati.

A once-in-a-generation reimagination for Cincinnati.

Yesterday was a moment to step back and recognize the people behind a project of rare scale and meaning.

This work came together because of people who showed up day after day. Construction management leaders navigating complexity.

General Trades and Concrete crews delivering work throughout the Convention Center and Elm Street Plaza. Partners aligned around doing the work the right way.

What makes this project special is not just what was built, but how it was built. With respect for safety and for one another. Experienced leaders working alongside the next generation, learning and contributing on one of the biggest stages our city has to offer.

For Jostin, a first-generation, Black-owned construction company, being part of a project like this carries deep meaning. What began as a vision nearly three decades ago is now part of Cincinnati’s future.

To our project team: thank you for your work, your professionalism, and the pride you took in getting it right.

To the City of Cincinnati and the communities this project serves: this one was built for you.

Jostin Construction’s 20th Annual Holiday Party at Longworth Hall proved that the best moments aren’t always planned. When the internet went down, we did what we do every day on the jobsite — we adapted and kept moving — creating what’s now known as The Jostin Snow Roll.

This night was about celebrating our people — especially our field professionals and craftworkers who show up early, work hard, and take pride in building something that lasts. It was also about the families who support them every step of the way.

Proud of this team. Proud of the work. Grateful for the people behind it all.

Snowstorm? No WiFi? No problem.

Jostin Construction celebrated our 27th Annual Holiday Party at Longworth Hall — and nothing, not even a winter storm, was going to stop this team from showing up and having some Good Old Fashioned Ridiculous Fun.

This night was about more than a party. It was about the people who make Jostin what it is — our field professionals, craftworkers, project teams, and the families who support them. When plans changed, we did what we always do on the jobsite: we adapted and kept moving.

Proud of this team. Proud of the work. Grateful for the people behind it all.

At 4AM, the Jostin Construction team was on site at the University of Kentucky’s EQMC project, placing a 10,300 SF slab on metal deck pour that supports critical operations for UK Healthcare and the broader campus.

The EQMC facility will play a key role in helping the University of Kentucky grow, serve more students, and better support the Lexington community. We’re proud to partner with UK on infrastructure that strengthens both the campus and the city.

From efficient placement with a 38-meter Brewster Pumping pump to skilled finishing, this pour reflects the quality ex*****on and teamwork required to deliver work at this scale.

Lexington continues to be an important market for Jostin Construction, and we remain committed to building lasting partnerships across campus and throughout Central Kentucky.
