Small shed/office I finished recently.
This one was a complete tear our of all the old wall and ceiling panels. We added new insulation where it was needed in the ceiling. Wall and ceiling panels got installed. Then a full trim out and finished with a minwax semi transparent blue stain. Gave both doors and window trim a fresh coat of Emerald Urethane. Quick re install of the fan/light and sink and thats a wrap!

Removed all the old popcorn ceilings in this condo!

Taking off old popcorn ceiling can be a messy. If you've ever given it a go, you know. This one was particularly challenging because it had been painted with a high gloss white.

All in all we were able to remove the old popcorn ceiling, skim coat everything and finish with prime and paint!

Custom pantry cabinet finished last week!

Honeowner asked if I could build a custom pantry to match existing cabinet style, and I said of course! These type of projects are what I love doing the most. Fully built from scratch. All hardwoods like maple and poplar, it was almost a shame to paint it it. But the finish came out beautifully and matched the existing cabinets almost perfectly!

Full make-over for this bathroom!

The first big to do with this job was removing the years of paint build-up on the ceiling. After several days of sanding and scraping, we got it to the original natural T&G look. 3 coats of high quality polyurethane and new fixtures brought it right back! It got finished off with 1x2 crown install to match the rest of the home.

Next was painting the walls and trim. Homeowner went with all historic colors from Sherwin-Williams.

Sneak peak of a job started last month. We refinished 13 windows, painted front porch concrete, posts and handrails, painted and adjusted front door, painted exterior front wall to freshen it up and added wooden steps and handrail to match existing and this was just the exterior. Gonna finish up interior next week with final pictures to follow. Stay tuned!

Couple additions bringing everything together from a previous front porch and skirting job. Back porch, wrap around step on shed and back platform for outdoor shower platform/step off of shed, and skirting around shed. Once these dry out, everything will get stained! This was a fun one.

Another one in the books. We gave these old panel walls the face-lift they needed! Secured all loose panels and added backing as needed, replaced the cheap plastic covering the horizontal seams in the panels with 1x4 trim, wrapped the old heater that hasn't worked in 20 years, primed and painted all walls and trim, painted several doors, and a few odds and ends along the way to bring this space back to life.
