Out with the old, in with the new.

Our team recently completed another project for Chico State , replacing a rooftop
HVAC unit that had been in service for more than 20 years!

This wasn’t just a simple equipment swap. The project included removing the aging rooftop unit, installing a new high-efficiency system via crane, rerouting electrical wiring, modifying the ductwork to accommodate the new equipment, and ensuring everything was connected and operating perfectly.

A transformation built to last. 🛠️

Our team recently completed a comprehensive renovation at SAPP Hall on the campus of Chico State

This project included new flooring, paint, plumbing, electrical upgrades, HVAC improvements with new exhaust fans, updated cabinetry, new countertops, and the installation of new sinks and faucets. Every trade worked together to create a refreshed, functional space designed to better serve students, faculty, and staff.

From closed off to completely transformed 🔨✨

This kitchen remodel was a complete tear-down and rebuild, including new flooring, interior paint, electrical, drywall, and more; an entire top-to-bottom redesign. We opened up the entire space, removed and extended the skylight, and brought new life into this home’s kitchen!

Huge before and after, from worn and weathered to refreshed and fire-hardened!

This Paradise project got a major transformation with brand new windows, updated siding/walls, and a fresh coat of paint from top to bottom.

Projects like this are more than just appeal, they’re part of helping homeowners project their home through the Paradise Fire Hardening Program supported by FEMA.

This project was completed as part of an Ignition Resistant Improvement Program, giving this home a fresh new look and a safer future. Al breaks down the process and shows off the work, giving a closer look at the scale of the project from start to finish. Using products from BehrPaint, the team tackled a full exterior refresh focused on both appearance and added protection.
