Got called out to a backed up sewer line in the city and very quickly me and my father found out we were dealing with something alot worse underground.

Excavated under this concrete back patio to locate where exactly the broken sewer section was and how much absolutely needed replacement. Customer was worried about pricing and did not want to replace and remove anything that was not necessary so that is exactly what we did. Took the VCF Sewer team (my dad, my brother in law, and my son lol) about 2 days total to complete this partial replacement of broken clay tile connection underground connect new schedule 40 pvc with new cleanout pipe and backfilled properly to prevent future hallowing out underneath. Will come back and finish concrete after first thaw of the year!

VCF Sewer & Drain is back

We may have been quiet on Facebook, but the work definitely hasn’t stopped!

On this job, we had to disconnect a sump pump discharge line from the main sewer line connection. We ran the line free through the foundation wall and into a 3-inch drain line that’s trenched underground, buried in drainage stone and dirt, and connected to a 4-inch pop-up cap at the end of the line.

💧 The goal? Get that water AWAY from your foundation walls and as far away from your home as possible!

And here’s something we always encourage homeowners to do: GET A SECOND OPINION. 👀

it never ever hurts to get another professional opinion. Ask questions. Compare prices. Make sure you understand what you’re paying for and that the work being recommended actually makes sense for your home.

You should feel comfortable knowing you’re getting a fair price and honest work. Fair is what we do, not cheap work or quality and not ripping customers off upcharging at every job
